When you regularly read a site about interesting web 2.0 topics, you don’t expect one of the posters to suddenly and shockingly try to slip Republican Spin into his posts. But that’s what happened. A roar of non-political commenters ensued, kindly requesting politics be kept out of future posts.
My take: this Mark ‘Rizzn’ Hopkins guy should ditch his idiotic vanity middle name and stop posting at Mashable.com. Instead get a job supersizing meals. It’s not like his post was all that insightful before his feeble brained attempt at subliminal spin anyway.
Democrats Launch Large Republican Video Archive: “only in rare cases have the presidential Republican candidates contradicted themselves, and never three times in a matter of minutes, like Senator Clinton has, for example.”
Update
Apparently this Fizzl guy is not a republican but a libertarian. My bad. Same argument applies.

As I stated before, my agenda was never hidden, and I’m paid to give analysis.
Furthermore, I’m not a Republican.

Well it certainly wasn’t hidden. But it was very inappropriate. And it’s not analysis - it’s analysis lined with spin. That’s the kind that really ticks me off.
I get my political commentary elsewhere…from people I respect on that subject. That ain’t you ‘Rizzn’.
But I applaud you for just giving a big finger to your commenters and simply continuing the spin instead of admitting that it’s inappropriate to mix your tech news with political commentary. Really shows you’ve got a big brass pair. Excellent work.
